By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Infnits is a portfolio tracking and analysis tool. The App provides insights into your investments, dividends, and portfolio health. The App is not a financial advisor and does not provide investment advice.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Free and Premium Tiers

Certain features of the App require a paid subscription ("Infnits Pro"). Subscription options and pricing are displayed within the App.

3.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

3.3 Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

3.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers.
• Access accounts or data belonging to other users.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or analysis provided by the App.

The App is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Information provided is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Infnits and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services such as Plaid and SnapTrade for account connectivity. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates on this page and revise the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
