This policy explains how Infnits ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Infnits mobile app and related services.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Contact information, such as your name and email address.
- Messages you send to support.
1.2 Information from financial institutions
When you connect a brokerage or financial account through our integration partners (such as SnapTrade or Plaid), we may receive data such as:
- Account and holdings details.
- Investment transactions, such as dividends and buys/sells.
- Account balances and portfolio positions.
We do not receive or store your financial institution login credentials. Authentication is handled securely by our integration partners.
1.3 Subscription and purchase information
When you subscribe to Infnits Pro, payment is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We receive subscription status information (such as whether your subscription is active, the plan type, and expiration date) through RevenueCat, our subscription management provider. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
1.4 Device and usage information
- Diagnostic and performance data (for example, crashes).
- Device and network information, including IP address.
2. How we use information
- Provide and improve app features.
- Generate portfolio, income, and performance insights.
- Manage your subscription and verify access to premium features.
- Respond to support requests.
- Protect users and prevent misuse.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share information
- With service providers that help us operate the app (such as cloud hosting and analytics).
- With SnapTrade and/or Plaid to support brokerage account connectivity.
- With RevenueCat to manage subscription status.
- With Apple or Google for in-app purchase processing.
- When required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal or operational requirements. Subscription records are retained for the duration of your account.
5. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure.
6. Your choices
- You can disconnect brokerage accounts at any time through the app.
- You can cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Play Store settings.
- You can request deletion of your data by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the app.
7. Children's privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. International users
If you use the app outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post updates on this page and revise the effective date.
